To ensure we meet regulatory compliance, our teams personally visit authorized suppliers’ premises and verify necessary documents, certifications, and licenses such as FSSAI.
Receiving, Storing and Maintaining Records
After receiving the raw materials from our suppliers, our store team thoroughly inspects the quality, brand, and expiry date to uphold the highest standards in food preparations. We also strictly maintain the register for FIFO (First in First Out) to ensure only fresh raw materials and ingredients are used. Vegetables and Fruits
Freshness is at the heart of everything at Delight Foods And Hospitality, which is why we directly procure farm-fresh vegetables and fruits from the APMC (Agriculture Produce Market Committee) market. Our dedicated kitchen team then inspects for quality, and quantity ensuring we meet all the safety standards. They are later segregated, washed with approved liquid, sanitised and stored in the designated areas at the required temperature.
Dairy Products
We ensure that our customers enjoy the best quality dairy products. For this reason, we only purchase branded dairy products that meet our customers’ specifications. All our dairy products are carefully labelled with the manufacturing date and best-before-use or expiry date. Following this, they are refrigerated at the required temperature to maintain their quality.
Non-Vegetarian Products
We believe in providing our customers with the best quality experience both in taste and health. All our meals are served with love and respect, this is why we purchase fresh meat from authorized halal suppliers with FSSAI licenses and refrain from buying frozen meat items.
